1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Policy) determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data, as well as measures to ensure the security of personal data carried out Dnipro Catering (hereinafter – Operator), located at: Dnipro, Barykadna St., 3.

1.2. The Operator, when carrying out its activities, is guided by the principles of respecting the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing personal data, in particular the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

3. What personal data of the User can the Operator process?

3.1. Surname, first name, patronymic.

3.2. Email address.

3.3. Telephone numbers.

3.4. Year, month, date and place of birth.

3.5. Photos (if the User provides them independently).

3.6. Other data that the User provides to the Operator as necessary (for example, delivery address, details, etc.).

3.7. The Site may also collect and process non-personal data (in particular cookie) using Internet statistics services (for example, Google Analytics and others).

3.8. All of the above data is summarized below in the text of the Policy under the term "Personal Data".

4. Purpose of processing personal data

4.1. Purpose of processing the User's personal data:

• Provision of services described in the public offer, as well as fulfillment of obligations to process orders.
• Informing the User (via emails and/or calls) about new products, services, promotional offers, as well as providing access to services and materials posted on the Site.
• Clarifying order details or providing advice.

5. Legal basis for processing personal data

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. Before carrying out a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator undertakes to ensure that the foreign state to which the data is transferred provides adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of countries that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of subjects may be carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject and/or if such transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
